At Xcell Bio, we are excited to expand our Commercial Operations team and are looking for a Associate Product Marketing Manager responsible for advancing the use of Xcell Biosciences Instruments and reagents. Xcell is currently focused in the areas of Cancer Immunotherapy, General Cell Therapy and Stem Cell Biology research. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise in molecular and cellular biology and life science tools, along with professional and/or educational experience in marketing. Candidates should have experience in a tactical marketing role and demonstrate experience working cross-functionally.

The Commercial Operations Coordinator will provide support to the Chief Operations Officer and commercial team in the San Francisco, California office. We are looking for a mechanical engineer for new product design and service support for a novel biotech laboratory research instrument. An ideal candidate will have experience designing gas-controlled bioreactors, temperature control systems, plumbing for gas composition control, and basic electronics. The candidate should have experience troubleshooting instruments, and be able to travel to beta customer sites if necessary. Finally, they should have experience interfacing with contract manufacturers, including the creation and management of manufacturing documentation.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee product manufacturing and service support for our laboratory research instrument products. An ideal candidate will have experience in managing manufacturing operations and vendor management. The Southwest Regional Sales Manager for Xcell Biosciences Corporation will be responsible for growing the company’s new business in Southwestern states by finding and closing significant business opportunities for capital instrument and reagent sales. Responsibility will include the development and execution of the sales plan in key target segments: pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and university including; research, development, clinical research and clinical trials, etc. This will require the use of creative motivation, coaching, skill development, product knowledge, industry knowledge, competitive knowledge and company knowledge to build and achieve the sales plan. As a member of the sales team, you will provide input regarding products, strategies and tools that affect Xcell Biosciences’ business. This will be supported by an in- depth understanding of the target markets, their key customer needs, and differentiation of the product from the competition. This is a regional sales role that requires more than just the ability to understand and plan, it will require the personal identification and closing of specific and significant business opportunities in key accounts for the sale of the company’s unique new technology platform to government, industry and university customers. Products will range from services to reagents to capital sales of equipment at the $100,000+ price point.
